Does it show my ARC licence on the quote?
Yes. Add your ARC refrigerant handling licence and your state electrical or contractor licence during setup. They appear on every quote and invoice PDF beside your logo, business name, ABN, and payment terms.
Can I quote three unit options on one PDF?
Yes, popular request. Quote good/better/best (e.g. a budget brand / Fujitsu / Daikin) with their price differences. Customer picks and it converts to a fixed quote.
How does it price ducted systems?
Based on the outdoor unit capacity, number of zones and outlets, return air, and the controller. Describe the home and the zoning and the app itemises the fan coil, ductwork, outlets, zone motors, and commissioning. Adjust any line for tight roof spaces or long duct runs before you send.
Does it handle heat pump hot water quotes?
Yes. Describe the existing system and the replacement unit, and the app prices the heat pump, valves, plumbing connection, electrical work, and removal of the old tank. If a government rebate applies in your state, show it as a discount line so the customer sees the out-of-pocket price.
Can I include the electrical connection and compliance paperwork?
Yes. The dedicated circuit, isolator, and certificate of electrical safety are standard line items you can include or leave out depending on whether you do the electrical in-house or sub it to a licensed sparky.
What about long pipe runs and awkward installs?
Add extra pipe metres, condensate pumps, and access allowances as line items. Describe the run in the job description and the app prices standard pipe kits per metre. For two-storey or roof-mounted outdoor units, override the labour line.
