Quoting software for
Australian landscapers.
Walk the yard, narrate what you see by voice, photograph the key areas. The app prices paving, road base, retaining walls, turf, and labour, then emails a branded quote to the customer before you've left their driveway. They accept from their browser.

The problem
Spring jobs go to whoever quotes first
Landscapers lose work in busy seasons because the paperwork lags behind the diary. Walk the yard, talk through what needs doing or film it, and the quote's ready before you've packed the ute.
The walk-around takes 20 minutes. The quote takes an hour.
You can assess a yard quickly, but turning that into a professional written quote means going home, working out paving and sleeper quantities at the kitchen table, and typing it all up. That's an hour most landscapers lose every evening.
Paving quantities and road base tonnage have to be right
Pavers per square metre, road base tonnage, crusher dust depth, sleeper counts, post spacings. Get the material calc wrong on a 40m² alfresco and your margin disappears before you've laid a paver.
In spring you're flat out. In winter you need every job.
Landscaping is seasonal. Either way, slow quoting costs you work. The customer who asked three landscapers for a price goes with whoever sends a professional quote first.
How it works
Quote done before
you're back at the van.
Open the app, say what needs doing, hit send. Most quotes are with the customer in about a minute.
01
Talk through the job
Type it, dictate a voice note, snap up to 5 photos, or mix all three. No forms. Just say what needs doing.
02
Get an itemised quote back
Line items in plain English, materials and labour priced on Australian data for your area, GST added. A proper quote, not a rough estimate.
03
Send it. They accept in the browser.
Tweak anything you want, then email a branded PDF. They open it on their phone and accept from there. Your app pings the second they do.
In the app
Every landscaper quote, in one place.
Pipeline, quotes and follow-ups, exactly as they look in the QuickPrice app on your phone.

Features
What's in it for landscapers
A native phone app for quoting on-site. Same data on the web dashboard when you're back at the desk.
Paving, retaining walls, turf: all priced
Travertine, concrete pavers, road base, crusher dust, treated pine and concrete sleepers, Sir Walter buffalo, kikuyu, garden mix, mulch. Describe the job and the materials list prices itself with quantities and wastage.
Talk through the job while you walk the yard
"40 square metres of travertine around the pool, full dig-out and road base, treated pine retaining wall along the back boundary, twelve metres." Tap the mic, say it, and the quote builds while you're still on-site.
Photograph the yard, get a scope
Snap each area: the tired paving, the failing retaining wall, the patchy lawn. The app identifies what needs doing and builds it into the quote. Combine with voice for the most accurate result.
Customer accepts, you invoice from the app
Send the quote. Customer accepts from their browser. When the job's done, convert to a tax invoice with one tap. Track paid and overdue from the same app. The full cycle.

Testimonial
What tradespeople say
“Used to sit at the kitchen table working out paving quantities before I could even start the quote. Now I do it in the yard on my phone while the customer's watching, and they can see I know what I'm doing. Quoted a 40m² paving and retaining wall job, customer accepted from her phone that evening. Invoiced her from the app when we finished. Win rate's gone up noticeably.”

FAQ
Things people ask
Quick answers on accuracy, pricing, your data, and what happens after you send a quote.
Can I quote from photos of the yard?
Yes. Photograph paving, lawns, garden beds, retaining walls, fence lines. The quoting software analyses the scope and generates a materials and labour estimate. Review and adjust anything before sending.
How does the quoting software price paving and materials?
It knows current Australian prices for travertine, concrete pavers, natural stone, road base, crusher dust, washed sand, and cement. Give the area and material spec, and quantities and pricing are calculated automatically including wastage.
Can I quote large projects in phases?
Yes. Phase 1: earthworks and retaining walls. Phase 2: paving and fencing. Phase 3: turf, planting, and irrigation. Each phase gets its own subtotal. Customers can approve phase by phase.
What happens when the customer accepts?
They click 'Accept' in their browser, no app or login needed. You get an email notification immediately. Convert the accepted quote to a tax invoice when the job's done.
Does it handle both hard and soft landscaping?
Yes. Describe the full scope and the app covers paving, retaining walls, fencing, drainage alongside turf, planting, garden mix, and mulch. Line items are grouped logically so the customer sees how it all breaks down.
