How does it price plumbing materials?
The plumber quoting software uses current Australian material costs including hot water systems, copper and PEX fittings, valves, pipework, and tapware. It factors these into the quote based on what you describe. You review every line item before sending and can adjust anything.
Can I quote emergency call-outs?
Yes. Mention it's an emergency or after-hours and the app adds a call-out charge. You can also add it manually as a line item in the review step.
Does my plumbing licence number appear on quotes?
Add your plumbing licence (and gasfitting licence, if you hold one) to your business profile during setup. It appears on every PDF automatically alongside your logo, business name, ABN, and contact details.
What happens after I send a quote?
The customer gets an email with a link to view the full quote in their browser. They can accept or decline it right there, no app needed. You get an email notification when they respond. Accepted quotes can be converted to tax invoices in one tap.
How accurate is the plumbing pricing?
For standard plumbing work like hot water swaps, bathroom renos, and gas fit-offs, most plumbers send the quote as the quoting software generates it. For unusual specs or premium fixtures, edit the line items before sending. The more detail you give, the better the output.
