The problem
One quote for the full reno
Bathroom renos touch three trades and two weeks of labour. QuickPrice covers the lot: plumbing, waterproofing, tiling, electrical, second fix. One proper itemised quote, sent from your phone.
Fixtures + tiles + waterproofing + electrical = one long quote
Toilet, vanity, shower screen, tapware, tiles, grout, primer, exhaust fan, heated towel rail. Miss any line and the customer asks questions.
Waterproofing needs to be specified properly
Membrane, primer, bond breakers, falls to the waste, homeowners don't know what AS 3740 asks for, but they need to see it on the quote for it to look credible.
Customer's already got a quote off hipages
Reece showroom package, a hipages lead, the local franchise. Your itemised quote needs to land while the walk-through is fresh, or someone else's number wins by default.

What tradespeople say
“Two of my last five jobs came from customers who said mine was the only quote they could actually understand. It's itemised line by line on the PDF, waterproofing, tiling, the lot. The franchise they'd also asked just sent a lump sum.”

FAQ
Things people ask
Quick answers on accuracy, pricing, your data, and what happens after you send a quote.
Can I quote customer-supplied fixtures?
Yes. Install-only for customers who've already bought their vanity, tapware, and toilet from Reece or Bunnings. Describe the supplied items and the app prices installation labour, plumbing work, and consumables. Materials for waterproofing, tiles, and grout are still priced unless the customer is supplying those too.
Does the bathroom quoting software handle waterproofing properly?
Yes. Describe the wet-area size, whether it's a hob or hob-less shower, and the waterproofing scope. The app prices membrane, primer, bond breakers, fall preparation to the waste, and labour, itemised so the customer can see the job's being done to standard, not skipped.
What about electrical work like exhaust fans and heated towel rails?
Price them as line items. In Australia that work needs a licensed electrician, so if you sub it out, add your subbie allowance and markup as a line item. If you hold the licence yourself, price it in-house. Both are supported.
Can I quote full renos including fixtures the customer will buy later?
Yes. Quote your labour and essential materials, and leave the fixtures as a customer-supply allowance, e.g. 'Vanity, tapware and toilet (customer to supply): budget A$3,000-A$6,000'. Flexibility for mid-project decisions.
Does it handle progress payments?
Yes. Break large jobs into stages: deposit, materials, mid-way payment, completion. Each appears on the PDF with clear stage descriptions and amounts, so the payment schedule is agreed before you start demo.
What's included for second-fix in the standard quote?
Silicone sealing, grouting, final plumbing, tapware installation, shower screen install. Listed as separate lines so the customer sees exactly what your labour covers.
