Quote & invoice app
for Australian handymen.

Four small jobs in a day, each a different skill. Flat-pack in the morning, a fence paling at lunch, hanging shelves after. Describe each job on your phone, get hourly or half-day pricing, send a clean itemised quote, and invoice from the same app the day you finish.

The problem

More than a text-message price

Most handymen quote by text and hope. QuickPrice gives you a proper itemised quote for multiple small jobs in one go, by hour or half-day, with your usual hourly rate already in there. And when the job's done, the invoice is one tap.

Multiple jobs, one customer, one price?

Fix a sticking door. Hang three pictures. Assemble a wardrobe. Replace a flyscreen. That's not one "A$450 day rate" job, it's four jobs needing different skills.

Customer expects a price by text

You send "A$250" by text and get ghosted. You send a proper itemised quote and half the time they book without even seeing you first.

Day-rate vs hourly is the wrong question

Sometimes you're there for two hours, sometimes all day. Customers want to know the rate structure. A professional quote sets that upfront so nobody argues at the end.

How it works

Quote done before
you're back at the van.

Open the app, say what needs doing, hit send. Most quotes are with the customer in about a minute.

01

Talk through the job

Type it, dictate a voice note, snap up to 5 photos, or mix all three. No forms. Just say what needs doing.

02

Get an itemised quote back

Line items in plain English, materials and labour priced on Australian data for your area, GST added. A proper quote, not a rough estimate.

03

Send it. They accept in the browser.

Tweak anything you want, then email a branded PDF. They open it on their phone and accept from there. Your app pings the second they do.

In the app

Every handyman quote, in one place.

Pipeline, quotes and follow-ups, exactly as they look in the QuickPrice app on your phone.

Features

What's in it for handymans

A native phone app for quoting on-site. Same data on the web dashboard when you're back at the desk.

Hourly, half-day, day-rate support

Set your usual rates once. Quote by the hour for small jobs, half-day for medium ones, day-rate for bigger projects. The app picks the right structure based on your description.

Multiple jobs on one quote

Line-item every task. Customer sees exactly what they're getting. You protect yourself from scope creep.

Materials at cost or with markup

Small materials (screws, fixings, silicone) included in labour. Larger materials (fence palings, flat-pack items, the Bunnings run) priced at your usual markup or at cost.

Quick send, quick accept, quick invoice

Most handyman jobs go from quote to invoice in the same week. Every stage happens in the app: quote by voice, accept by browser, invoice when done, with your ABN and payment terms already on it.

Testimonial

What tradespeople say

I used to text "A$300" and lose half the jobs. Now I send a proper itemised quote, each task, the time, the cost, materials separately, then flick the invoice from the same app when I'm done. Customers book way more often because they can see what they're paying for.

FAQ

Things people ask

Quick answers on accuracy, pricing, your data, and what happens after you send a quote.

Can I quote hourly instead of day-rate?

Yes. Set your hourly rate and the app uses it for small jobs. For longer work you can set a half-day or day rate. Mix and match on one quote.

Can I quote multiple jobs for the same customer in one quote?

Yes, this is how most handymen should quote. Line-item each task (hang shelves, fix the gate, replace a flyscreen) with the time and cost. Clean total for the customer, clear scope for you.

How does the handyman quoting app handle materials?

Small consumables (screws, silicone, fixings) priced as a flat materials allowance. Larger materials (fence palings, shelves, a flat-pack unit from Bunnings) priced as separate line items at your supply price, with your markup if you charge one.

Do I need a licence to quote different jobs?

General handyman work doesn't need a licence in most states, but stay inside the law: gas work needs a licensed gasfitter and any electrical work needs a licensed electrician. In Queensland, building work over the QBCC threshold needs a licence. Use the app for jobs you're allowed to do.

I'm a sole trader and not GST-registered. Can I still invoice?

Yes. Add your ABN at setup and it appears on every quote and invoice. If you're under the A$75,000 GST turnover threshold, the app simply doesn't add a GST line. Once you register, flick GST on and your invoices become proper tax invoices.

Can I quote odd jobs for property managers and real estate agents?

Yes, popular use case. The agent can accept the quote in their browser without needing an app, useful when they're authorising repairs on behalf of a landlord. Send the invoice to their office from the same app when the work's done.
