Quoting software
for Australian glaziers.
You've just measured up a cracked window pane. Instead of jotting sizes on the back of a job sheet and pricing it tonight, open the app, describe the pane and glass spec, and email a branded, GST-ready quote before you've packed the suction cups away. They accept it from their phone. Job booked.

The problem
Quote on-site, not back at the workshop
Glaziers lose hours every week pricing jobs after they've packed up. QuickPrice prices glass replacements, shower screens, stacker doors, and pool fencing from your phone while you're still standing at the customer's window.
Per-pane and whole-house don't price the same
A single cracked pane is a quick swap. A whole-house double-glazing retrofit is frames, fitting, access allowances, and waste. Pricing both off the same gut feel is how the big jobs lose margin and the small ones get overquoted.
The glass spec changes the price
Toughened over annealed, Low-E coatings, acoustic laminate, obscure patterns for bathrooms, Grade A safety glass where AS 1288 demands it. Each spec carries a different cost, and getting it wrong at the front door either eats your margin or loses you the job.
Emergency call-outs need a price now
A smashed shopfront at 9pm needs a board-up and a quote for the reglaze, fast. Working it out in your head at the kerb, in the dark, with the customer watching, is how after-hours jobs get underpriced.

What's in it for glaziers
A native phone app for quoting on-site. Same data on the web dashboard when you're back at the desk.
Knows Australian glazing costs
Current prices for float, toughened and laminated glass, Low-E and acoustic specs, aluminium and timber frames, shower screens, and fitting. Describe the pane and the spec. The materials list prices itself, no glass merchant catalogue needed.
Per-pane or whole-house, priced right
Quote a single cracked pane or a full double-glazing retrofit and the app scales materials, fitting, and waste to match. Add the opening sizes and glass spec, and the totals follow.
GST, labour, and totals, automatic
10% GST applied if you're registered, labour calculated from your day rate, and an itemised total your customer can understand, with your ABN on the PDF. Review, tweak, send.
Emergency quotes in under a minute
Board-up and reglaze quoted from the kerb, after-hours call-out added automatically. By the time you've swept the glass, the customer has the quote in their inbox with your logo on it.

What tradespeople say
“Measured up a cracked pane, picked the spec, hit send from the driveway. Customer accepted before I'd got the suction cups back in the ute. I use it for the lot now, single panes, shower screens, even emergency board-ups. About a minute a quote instead of doing them all on a Sunday night.”

FAQ
Things people ask
Quick answers on accuracy, pricing, your data, and what happens after you send a quote.
Can it price single panes and whole-house jobs?
Yes. Quote a single cracked pane as a quick per-pane swap, or describe a whole-house double-glazing retrofit and the glazier quoting software scales materials, fitting, and waste across every opening. Add the sizes and it works out the totals for both. You review every line before sending.
How does it handle different glass specs and AS 1288?
Tell it the spec, toughened, Low-E, acoustic laminate, or obscure, and the quoting software prices the glass accordingly. Where the location calls for Grade A safety glass under AS 1288, doors, low sills, bathrooms, quote the compliant spec and it's itemised on the PDF so the customer can see the job's being done to standard.
Can I quote shower screens and glass pool fencing?
Yes. Describe the screen (framed, semi-frameless, or frameless) or the pool fence run in metres, and the app prices glass, channels, spigots, hinges, and installation. For pool fencing, add the certifier's compliance inspection as its own line so the customer sees the full cost of a compliant fence.
Can I quote emergency after-hours call-outs?
Yes. Mention it's an emergency or after-hours board-up and the app adds a call-out charge on top of the reglaze. You can quote the board-up and the follow-up glass replacement together from the kerb, or add the call-out manually as a line item in the review step.
Does it use my branding and how accurate is the pricing?
Every PDF carries your logo, business name, ABN, accent colour, and contact details, set once during setup. For standard glazing work like pane swaps and shower screens, most glaziers send the quote as the software generates it. For unusual specs or big frames, edit the line items before it goes out. Your quote data stays yours. The more you tell it about the spec and sizes, the sharper the output.
