Quoting app for
cleaning businesses.
You've just walked through a 3-bed end-of-lease. Instead of guessing a number on the spot or typing it up tonight, open the app, describe the property and its condition, and email a branded quote before you're back in the car. They accept it from their phone. Job booked.

The problem
Quote at the door, not from the car that evening
Cleaners win on speed. The customer's getting three quotes and booking whoever replies first. QuickPrice prices the clean from your phone while you're still standing in the property, whether it's a bond clean, a deep clean or a contract.
Every clean prices on size and state
There's no fixed materials list to lean on. The price comes down to the size of the place, the state you've walked into, and how long it'll actually take. Guess low and you're working for free. Guess high and they book someone cheaper.
One-off and contract jobs price differently
A one-off bond clean isn't priced like a weekly office contract. Per-visit rates, recurring discounts and minimum hours all move the number. Working that out in your head at the door is how margins slip.
The fastest quote usually wins
You viewed three properties today. Those quotes are still notes on your phone. By the time you type them up at the weekend, the property manager's already booked the cleaner who replied that afternoon.

Features
What's in it for cleaners
A native phone app for quoting on-site. Same data on the web dashboard when you're back at the desk.
Prices by size, condition and hours
Describe the property, how many beds and baths, and the state it's in. The app works out realistic hours and a price using Australian cleaning rates for your region. No staring at a blank rate sheet.
One-off or recurring contract quotes
Quote a single bond clean or a weekly per-visit contract. Set the recurring rate, the minimum hours and any contract discount, and it builds the totals so the customer sees exactly what they're paying.
A branded quote, not a text message
Your customer gets a proper PDF with your logo, ABN, line items, and terms, plus a link to accept it in their browser. You look like a business, not a number scribbled into a text. You get notified when they accept.
GST, supplies and totals, automatic
10% GST goes on if you're registered. Supplies and consumables drop in as their own line. You get a clear itemised total. Review it, tweak the hours, send. Convert an accepted quote to a tax invoice with one tap.

What tradespeople say
“I quote every end-of-lease from the doorstep now. Walk through, tell it the size and how bad it is, send the PDF before I leave. Property managers book me because I'm the first one back to them. Used to do my quotes at 9pm on a Sunday. Not any more.”

FAQ
Things people ask
Quick answers on accuracy, pricing, your data, and what happens after you send a quote.
How does it price a clean without a materials list?
Cleaning isn't priced on materials. It's priced on the size of the property, the condition, and the hours it takes. Tell the app how many bedrooms and bathrooms, the state of the place, and the type of clean. It estimates realistic hours and applies Australian cleaning rates for your region, then shows you the total. You adjust the hours or price on any line before sending.
Can I quote end-of-lease and bond cleans properly?
Yes, it's the bread-and-butter use case. Itemise the clean against what agents check at the final inspection: oven and rangehood, inside cupboards, walls and skirtings, windows and tracks, and carpet steam cleaning if the lease requires it. If you offer a bond-back guarantee or a re-clean policy, put it in your quote terms so the tenant and the property manager both see it.
Can I quote recurring contracts as well as one-off jobs?
Yes. Quote a single deep clean or end-of-lease as a one-off, or set up a recurring contract like a weekly office clean priced per visit. You can apply a contract discount and set minimum hours, and the quote spells out the per-visit rate so the customer knows exactly what they're committing to.
How are supplies and consumables handled?
Most cleaners build supplies into their hourly rate, and that's the default. If a job needs extras like specialist chemicals, pressure washing, or carpet treatments, add them as line items in the review step and they're priced into the total with everything else.
What happens after I send a quote?
The customer gets an email with a link to view the full quote in their browser. They can accept or decline it right there, no app needed. You get an email notification the moment they respond, and accepted quotes can be converted to a GST tax invoice in one tap.
Will quotes show my branding and is my data private?
Every PDF carries your logo, business name, ABN, accent colour, and contact details, so you look professional rather than sending a number in a text. Your quotes, clients, and pricing are yours. We don't share your data, and you can export or delete it whenever you want.
